Very well make, look small but work like a charm. Love it. I repeatly order for family and friends use. We all satisfied.

Purchased in September of 2020 for two (2) cattle watering stations that supply water for up to 24 pair of cattle. It has been in use every summer since. (6-8 months average).We used:(x1) 320 watt / 24 V dc solar panel(x2) Mighty Max Brand ML100-12 12V 100AH SLA Batteries.We do use a Renogy 30a rover controller for charging and load control, so I cannot tell you how the MPPT charger that's built into the pump controller works.It does take a little "know how" to get it set up but it has worked great for us.This pump system is actually pretty good.Our only issue was one impellor wore out. I have contacted the seller about purchasing additional replacements, so we will see how that goes.

Long time in reviewing as I hadn't used this pump (or the land) since we tried to install it in 2019. Now seeing reviews here that corresponded with our experience here. Hooked up the pump to 2 deep cycle batteries powered off of 2 solar panels to the control box. Pump would pump water out of our 100 ft well and then just stop pumping water. You could feel the pipe vibrating as the pump was still on, but not pulling any of the water (should be about < ~150 gallons in our well). We pulled the pump the same day and powered it off until we could troubleshoot, but hadn't been back to the property until today (June 2023). Decided to tackle the well pump and checked our line, power, wiring, water levels, etc. Dropped the pump in again and same deal. Pumped water for all of ~10 seconds and then nothing. Pump still vibrating as if it was powering and not pulling then there was no power. Control box lights all green for system, tank, pump, etc. Came back to see if I missed anything and noticing new reviews of others with the same issue.We're deciding since it's been so long A) Probably won't get support and B) based on other users the "support" provided includes needing a functional control pump box that's not faulty, and that's a hit or miss whether you'll get one. Decided we're going try a different system.Just a cautionary tale as when I purchased this, the great reviews influenced my original purchase. Hoping to save others some heartache and pain in their process for getting something truly reliable that works.

I hope this product does not disappoint me. because I really need this product.in the last few days this product arrived at my house. when this product arrived at my house, I immediately tried it and it was true as I expected.I am very glad this product did not disappoint me.

I bought 3 of these pumps for 3 wells on my ranch. I installed one so far and have been using it for a few weeks.I am very pleased with the pump! I have a 20 foot tower with a 10,000 litre tank and my well is about 40 feet deep. The pump sends about 1,000 litres per 45 minutes to the water tank. It works great so far.

First the battery connections in the control box were not sending power out to the pump. The company told me to hook up my battery bank to the solar side as an option. Did that for a while, then it did not work. They sent me what they called a simple board to just send out power when power is input, but that is not working now. I have used the pump very little, but the control box is a headache. And you cannot operate the pump without the control box. The control box is a huge weak link in the system and is not reliable. I have asked for a refund and they are not granting it. $500 wasted. Do not buy.
