I was so hesitant after doing long research about buying a non fancy home projector. But when I started using this it was even more than I imagined and worked perfectly to my surprise! It’s a little over a month now since I got it and one day I started experiencing a huge issue while using it which in short, the projector stopped working and was displaying a blank screen no matter what I did in the middle of watching my show. I contacted an amazon rep and they gave great and fast service, however since it was over the 30 day refund/replace deadline, they could not help me to fix the issue. I had to speak to the manufacture (Elephas) instead. So I sent them an email, they quickly responded and asked for my order number to know which projector I bought. I replied the same day. It’s been a week now and I have yet to get a response back and I’ve sent an email everyday since and still nothing. I’m highly frustrated and disappointed in their customer service. Their projector has 3 year warranty and should not be having problems just little over a month. I need them to assist with giving the issue or send me a new one but they seem to not answer although they boast that their CS agents are here to quickly help with any issues. This is all very disappointing to me as I fell in love with the projector initially based on what I bought it for, and would’ve given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for this unfortunate issue. I tried using it last night and it worked perfectly but they could just be a one off thing, there should be no issues arising this soon after purchase and I want to make sure my projector is working at its best as it should. Thank you amazon for your promptly response, although I bought this through a third party seller, Elephas, as the manufacturer and based on the issue that arose, I expected better service from you.

Since I would have used this projector in a somewhat darkened room, not in a fully or mostly darkened room, I tested it in my usual conditions. I regret that its image was just not bright enough for me. Also, since I would use it as often to project movies and MS Office documents, such as PowerPoint and Excel from my MacBook Air, I need more sharpness than provided by this projector. However, when I tested it in a fully darkened room for a movie on a DVD, brightness and sharpness were acceptable. That it has some keystone correction is a major plus, but I also need a zoom for image size, which it does not have. I found it a little too bulky for packing in my smaller-than-max-allowed, carry-on airline bag. It does have a very nice look and feel. Not mentioned in the product info is the fact that the adjustable elevating screw at the bottom-front-center can be removed; the socket is threaded to fit a standard tripod screw. The best across-image sharpness is achieved with the projector set at an elevation equal to the centerline of the screen, not shooting at much of any up, down, or side angle. Nevertheless, if one's use is mostly for watching video in an almost dark environment, this projector is likely to be quite acceptable and a very good value at this very attractive price. I was not able to test the built-in speakers, curiously located on the bottom of the unit, because I did not have a cable to connect my laptop's headphone jack to the unit's audio-in port. The packaging is fine. Adequate cables and a remote control are included.

A projector is one of those things I've always asked of myself, "But do you really need one?" If there's one thing this has made clear to me, it's that even if I didn't NEED this, I use it more than I ever expected. Movie night, date night, LAN party, heck even my friends want to borrow it.Pros:Easy to set up -I went from unboxed to viewable picture in 5 minutes. Just turn it on and use the focus/skew knob adjustment. No messy menus, no complicated setup.Lots of I/O -USB, AV, Headphone, SD Card, Monitor Cable, and HDMI ports in the side. Whether I'm doing a slideshow of vacation pics or playing Super Smash Brothers, connecting to this system is super easy. It even comes with a component cable adapter so that you can use old systems, like a GameCube or VCR.Long elevation adjustment screw -I don't have a tripod to mount this on, so the fact that I can adjust the projector itself to angle up 20 degrees is a big deal. The screw is pretty hefty, so attaching it to a permanent mount shouldn't cause concern.Bright! -I tried this all over. As long as you're not in direct sunlight, you should be able to see a crisp image. You can even project out a huge picture (15') if you're in a dark room!Remote operation -This unit comes with a remote so that you don't have to leave your seat to change input, picture settings, or fiddle with stuff.Cons:Batteries not included -The remote requires 2xAAA batteries, which were not in the box. It's a pain trying to hunt down batteries when you just want to use your new projector. The unit works without the remote, though, through use of the buttons on top.

First off, mine came a bit wonky and I had to send it back BUT...I had it on and connected while trying to figure the issue out so I got a bit of a look at it. My intent was to use this in a lit room on a table top and it was bright enough to be seen under a four-bulb light.A few things to note: It is not super quiet if you are close to it but not loud enough that it'll disturb you while watching a show. I had to send mine back due to a wonky horizontal keystone so I feel that since I couldn't get a square screen that I could not adjust the sharpness to judge clarity (TBH from what I saw though it looked pretty decent for the price point).I wasn't disappointed, these things happen--sending it back through Amazon was easy enough. Will probably try this brand again but maybe find a little more powerful one if I can.

I am using this projector for the last 1 year and believe me its one the best low budget ones ...I have a anothet philips one and this one gives a tough competition to any brand...clarity ,sharpness even 4k vidoes are good ..only draw back is it gets hazy even in slghtly lit room ..rest no issues ..In India you will need a voltage convertor
