I am 5'6" and 140 lbs. Bought L at first. Returned for a M. For those not familiar with neoprene.. these are like wetsuits. They are not intended to keep you dry. They are intended to keep you warm. The layer of water between your body and the shirt creates insulation. Also, to so many that think these are small... wetsuits and the like should be extremely tight and hard to get on to fit right after they get wet. All neoprene stretches when wet. If you're open water swimming you don't want it to be loose. There are athletes that have to use lubricant to get into an actual wetsuit. Seems like a lot of reviews are missing some important info about how these things should fit and what they are meant to do.

I was nervous about fit after reading reviews saying size up. I didn’t and I’m glad. A wetsuit needs to be snug to do its job of keeping you warm. It’s plenty flexible, I’m using it for swimming in open water. Got pants and jacket separate and am glad about that too, more flexibility in what I wear and easy to get on and off. I’m 5’3, 135lb and the small is perfect. I write basically the same review for both since they both worked out great. Oh also this jacket was also offered as used here on amz so I went for it and saved some money. Very good deal

I can't get into and out of a full wet suit, but this is easy. It is perfect with wet suit shorts. It is exactly what I was looking for to use with sailing in cold Lake Michigan. Everything about it is great. Very comfortable and suitably warm. Good flotation when in the water too.Fit: I am 5' 11'', 165 pounds, with a long back. I bought the Men's top XL and the fit is perfect.The only thing that takes a little getting used to is that it has a women's style (backwards from men) zipper.Great job with design and manufacturing!

I ordered a medium which I couldn't zip so I ordered a large. However, when I got into the water, it seemed to stretch so I had to take it in.

This was okay for a cheap topper. I am a 6'1" 190 lb muscular guy who normally wears XL tshirts. The XL here was quite big on me so I would size down.

I bought this because I love to go snorkeling, but even in warm waters like Hawaii, I would get cold after about 30 minutes and want to get out. This has made my snorkeling so much better and I was easily staying in the water for 60 minutes and longer without getting that coldness and shiver in my core. I used it no less than 12 different times on my trip.It's easy to get off and on with the zipper and dries out fairly quickly even when it is soaking wet. It's way easier to manage than a 3/4 "shorty" type wetsuit.I'm glad I purchased it and expect to get many years of use out of it.

Keeps me warm in the cooler pool temperatures. The arms fit close. Nice fit in the body.

I just received this 2mm neoprene jacket, after an epic failure with a Sharkskin jacket from another supplier—on sale for $149. I followed their size chart and what came was 2 sizes too small. This one arrived today and while there’s a little extra room in the bust for me, it otherwise fits well and seems like a great deal for $40. I am 5’4”, 110, 34B and the medium fits very well. Zipper quality//ease of use seems good. The material is not as fancy as the Sharkskin ($200 new), but I’m over it. Can’t wait to use it for snorkeling in cool water as well as for some warmth during SUP use

Buena calidad del neopreno y si tiene 2 mm de espesor, su cierre frontal es muy resistente y de buena calidad, ademas la hechura se adapta al cuerpo como se espera, ademas la tabla de tallas que ponen si corresponde con las medidas reales, es muy comoda y no causa escosor o rozaduras, el interior se siente agradable al contacto con la piel. Sin duda es una buena camisa de manga larga para nadar o hacer cualquier deporte acuatico.

This vest is so comfortable and fantastic for lap swimming in our local council pool for the first 3 weeks and last 4 weeks of the swim season

The size is right, it is warmer than the last type I had and more buoyancy. From what I read in other reports, there was no itch or skin irritation. A great buy.
