Wonderful and value for money product.
This product is really easy and efficient to work with. The mop cleans the floor with no water marks, and in addition the brooming facility is awesome it actually picks up dust and can be easily disposed outside.

A bit of room cleaning is needed before this can be used, but picks up dirt very easily. The mop must be cleaned by hand and if need be in the washing machine or by hand. Extra mop heads is a must.20th Sept UpdateVERY poor quality mop. The rod attachment broke from the middle. The side spring cover also broke.. It looks like a used semi damaged product was sent to me. I request it be replaced at no further cost. I haven't even used it for two days. Please replace it without my having to return it. As soon as possible. Feel very negative that such a product was sent

Excellent product
Just wanted to give my feedback for the Smart saver all-new Muiti-Purpose Steam Spray Mop with Broom Mop for Cleaning Home and Office Floors and carpetsOverall it's a very nice, innovative and usefull product. We have been using it for some time now and can confidently say that yes it is very useful carefully crafted product. It's 360° reach is the best feature. The spray bottle is definitely usefull that be used to give a fragment mop and well as a insecticide mop.Only issue we have is the magnets. They are not very powerful as expected. In just 3 months of usage the magnets power have weekend and it can no more keep the lower part attached to the upper. I have to use a strong tape to keep the show going that makes it difficul to do cleaningOther than this I am happy to have ordered this.

Need more improvement in design
This product is not designed for durability. First day itself the handle are frequently coming out causing the cleaning process stop and fix again and again.Needs to be redesigned to secure all the attachments firmly to get the optimum performance

Terrible faulty product
terrible product cheap fitting broe in the first use. Waste of money . The rod dont even fit and the clip does not work .Kindly market standard product and not not cheap fake products. It looks like amazon will sell any junk without QC

The device does
I ordered this device online from amazon. The device looked quite nice on arrival. However when I tried to use it I found that the spray does not work properly. The trigger mechanism is not able to generate full spray that too inspite of considerable effort.I was previously using a similar device from another company , but that device was working fine and lasted for one year.I want to return this device and order some other device.
