Great tools
Orange whip is perfect not only for tempo trading, but also for warming up before a round. I am 43, and it only takes about 10 swings with this thing and you are ready to swing full. I start with a few slow swings and ramp up to full speed. Great for practicing tempo at home. Make sure to use this first if you get the speed trading as well. That thing will put you in some pain if you are my age and not properly warmed up. Did not use the speed trainer as often as I planned (busy work schedule), but did get a good few weeks in when it first arrived. I don't have actual numbers, but I did feel my speed got up a couple more MPH this year. Normally around 110MPH. Had my longest drive ever this year at 338 yards (about 300 carry, flat ground).

Big whip ok small whip disappointing
I thought the small whip was a smaller version of the larger whip. Turns out that the smaller one didn't have a large ball on the end and didn't flex like the larger whip. I bought the combo so my wife and I would have our own whip.
