I thought it was cotton but it's not. However, it is very comfortable. I put it in the washer and dryer with other clothes and it came out with not problems even thought the directions Sid wash by hand and hang to dry.

This is the softest most comfortable night gown I have ever bought. It's flattering and easy to care for. I love it.

Soft and comfortable as well as being very pretty

I'm keeping this because it is soft and just as described BUT before I ever opened the package strong fabric softener fumes permeated the air. This makes me think it was returned ... at least it was washed but I have allergies and this could be a problem. I will wash it (of course) and if there is no lingering odor, I'll keep it. Just be advised.

Love the soft feel next to my skin and it's great for sleeping and lounging. Will definitely get more for me and gifts.
