TASTES FANTASTIC!
I usually use my protein powder for making waffles or pancakes. But found this and thought I would give it a try for something different. Good heavens so glad I did! mine had dried blueberry but I also added some wild ones. Its got fiber and protein and tastes great, what more could you ask for? I bought 2 bags and would recommend to try some for yourself. Tastes yummy!!

A substitute for a protein drink. Contains whey (dairy). Something different than a protein shake.
I have tried protein pancakes in the past. This is very similar to what I have eaten in the past. No better and no worse.I received two packs of protein blueberry pancake mix.The first thing that makes this difficult to use is the serving sizes. I figured it out though. Here are the facts:To make one pancake: 1/4 cup of mix to 2 TBS of water. Very easy. The nutrition facts show 70 grams equals one serving.70 grams does NOT equal 1/4 of a cup of mix.Instead 70 grams is 1/2 cup of mix. Meaning 1/2 cup of mix to 1/4 cup of water. This is one serving according to the nutrition facts. To make:I went by the directions. 1/4 cup of mix and 2 tbs of water. Mix til no lumps. Easy.I heated my cast iron skillet. I added a little oil. I poured the mix in.It says let cook for 1.5 minutes. I had my skillet on low. It wasn't making it to 1.5 minutes before flipping. I watched carefully and flipped when it was ready. It didn't bubble like regular pancakes. I checked to see if I could flip it. I let it cook on the other side and it was ready to eat.To taste:Eat this directly off the pan. It tastes better. The longer it sits, the drier it gets. The texture is dry. Almost grainy. The blueberries are whole. They don't cook through. I am eating dried blueberries mixed in a pancake. It is perfectly sweetened. These are edible. They taste like I expect them to. It has high protein. 19 grams of protein in 70 grams of mix. These do have dairy, egg and coconut.4 stars:Price is relative to the person. Do I find it worth the $27 for two bags? This is a high protein pancake. Easy to eat. Easy to make. I normally make my own pancakes which are much less expensive but don't contain so much protein. The taste is as expected. Drier kind of texture that maple syrup doesn't really do much for.

Taste great
I was pleasantly surprised how good the pancakes tasted that I made. No weird flavors or aftertastes. I liked the added protein. I didn’t have that pancake carb overload feeling after eating them.

Opened bag and it smelled real good.
These mix up pretty easy just add water. It did seem it needed more water then suggested to get the consistency I wanted. Cooking them was an experience. They seem to need a bit lower heat to solidify without burning. They do not have the bubble effect like regular pancakes so hard to tell when ready to flip. I tried a couple times and encountered just a floppy gooey batter that was nowhere near ready to flip when a normal pancake would have been. Once it was flip able it took quite a while on the other side to cook out the gooey. The taste was tolerable but a bit gritty. The blueberries were large and dehydrated so did not reconstitute into a fresh berry to say the least. Still not bad though. I guess the biggest con of these is the cost. You could get used to the pancake but not for $1 each for a 4-inch pancake. My 14-year-old son who can eat tons of anything thought they were good and did finish what his sisters would not eat. These might be a lot better for the body than regular pancakes but pancake breakfast with the kids is meant to be enjoyed and these don't seem to fit into that event. To replace a protein, shake and transfer it into something you can carry with you and eat slowly I guess these could qualify. Not likely going to be something found at my house though.

Meh High Protein Pancakes
I did keto for many years so I have tried a loooooot of healthy or low carb pancake brands. I gotta say that these didn’t stand out from anything I have tried before. They are simple to make as you just have to mix water into the pancake mix and they’re ready for the griddle. They smell good, but had a weird texture to them once cooked and tasted a little dry and grainy - I didn’t finish the couple of pancakes I made for myself. The ingredients and macros are good in this product but it just doesn’t execute well and taste great. Overall, I probably won’t pick this up again.

Good mix without funny additives
Usually I am more critical of product than others. This turned out to be an exception as I really liked this product for its taste and content. The ingredients did not have anything crazy, though I could do without Erythritol which does not seem to have any benefit in this mix. (I suspect it came as a part of monk fruit extract).I like that this product was only barely sweet yet can be eaten without syrup. Most people would probably want to use syrup, but I hate overly sweet food.I got the Blueberry version and it is real freeze-dried blueberry, not some artificial one. The freeze-dried ones are better than fresh berries which bursts in cooking. And they actually had enough berries, not just a made-up illustration.Gluten-free food is usually tougher and less tasty, but I could not tell that for this product. What's not to like is the price of a dollar a pancake. That seems high even for a gluten-free and high protein product. Overall, though, I liked it enough for future purchase.
