Awesome set
This is a good set for doing a piggyback distillation. The top fitting is a 24/40. It is short but stout so it fits well on a stand. It doesn't have a fitting on the bottom just a long tube, so you can't just hook it up to a separatoy funnel, just drain into one(but that takes a lot of space.) If you are just setting it up from a flask with a tube to this condenser, it includes a stopper with a glass pipe already inserted in it. For those who don't know about that, you have to have a good deal of stuff to do that correctly. buying the glass isn't cheap. And coring a stopper that big is a pain. So it's a good deal all around. you get a lot of hose in this set.

Lab quality
This is typical lab quality glassware. The rubber hose fit a bit tight and I broke one of the glass nipples just pushing the hose on. Too bad. I now just leave both hoses on the nipples and store it assembled. The condenser really works well. It seems that most of the liquid condenses within the first inch of the coil, so I assume its a very complete condensation of the vapor. The faucet connector is handy if you are going to use this in a kitchen.

Great for home steam distillation
I was looking at steam distillation kits here and realized that it was much much cheaper just to grab one of these, a couple liter flasks, a couple stops, a stand, and 10 feet of tubing. I set everything up and hooked this condenser up to my hose, and ran a liter of french organic lavender through. 4 hours later I had a pint of wonderfully aromatic lavender essential oil, at 1/10 retail cost, even including the one time costs of the distiller.I'm sure this condenser would function equally well for home liquor makers etc, it is of solid thick glass, with a high coolant flow rate and an even coil in the center, I really recommend!

It's actually better than expected
For the money this can't be beat. It's actually better than expected. When properly used (with logic & knowledge) not only is it very efficient but allows for multiple use/configurations. The pictures don't do it justice & the garden hose & sink/faucet adapters are a plus (although I'm recirculating my water coolant from & to a 5gl bucket w/ice & a fish tank pump)& so the hoses/hardware are a pleasant bonus!

Works Very Well - Highly Recommended
This Graham Conderser Kit is very high quality and exactly what I hoped it would be! We use this in my wife's soap and body oil business with excellent results starting right from the first run.I like that this came with the hose and faucet adapter, making this usable right out of the box.Highly Recommended!CFH

Very nice
Speaking as one who has not worked in a lab, this is a very nice piece of equipment. No problems so far.A couple of notes. The first time you use it the rubber input hose will impart a strong odor of rubber to the distillate. Probably want to run it a few times before trying to using it on anything where the odor might cause problems.Similarly, the rubber tubing has an easily-removed flaky residue on the interior, wash it out before hooking it up to a pump. This is a great kit, I've very happy with it.

Works great
I am very happy with the quality of the product. It comes with everything you need to get started.Sadly I broke the first one I owned. Totally my fault. I now have a stand to properly hold the condenser. Its worth getting a $15 stand to hold the tube. With this setup I could get ~70% ABV. With a bit more patience I think I get get the ABV to 80%.

Good condener for the price
The hose that came with the condenser has a very peculiar and pungent smell. Wished I had noticed the typ of connectors before ordering, but figured a way to make it work and does a great job for its intended purpose.
