This is my third time buying the La Roche-Posay melasma serum, and I’m still just as impressed as the first time. I use it every morning and night without fail. It goes on so smoothly, doesn’t feel heavy, and layers perfectly with the rest of my skincare.I’ve noticed a huge difference in my skin,my dark spots have visibly faded, and everything just looks more even and clearer overall. It also gives my skin a soft, almost blurring effect, which I love.For me, this serum has been 100% worth it. It’s gentle, effective, and I’ll definitely keep repurchasing. Total holy grail!

I |have melasma on two big areas of my forehead, that product visibly reduced the appearance of the brownish color due to melasma. It dic not disappear completely because in my case t c would need a powerful treatment but it really helped. Price is reasonable. Thank you!

This MelaB3 LA Roche-Posay product is really working and quickly. I see a very good difference even after one week of use and sure with continued use I will get the results I'm looking for which is completely faded brown spots on my face. I also purchased the 30 MelaB3 sunscreen which is definitely needed during this treatment and well afterwards for protection of sun damage. I used Musely which has to be doctor approved and I have to say I am much happier with this La Roche-Posay product.

Advantages: The product is very good I have been using it for 8 months and I have seen the difference in my face, I had some sun spots that have diminished considerably, my skin looks bright, fresh and I had some small lines near the mouth that have diminishedDisadvantages: I find that for the price the bottle is very small and besides that it does not come full but reaches up to the third part of the container.For that reason I don't give it 5 stars.

My dermatologist recommended this to me for a large dark spot on my face. I already have freckles so lots of dark spots. I have been using and noticed a small difference already. Dermatologist said it worked better than anything she could prescribe me and it works great.

I used this everyday in the morning and at night when I remembered. All of the dark spots on my face are dramatically lighter and almost gone after three weeks.
