Update from 1 to 3 stars!!!
This is an update the initial problems with the new gear popping off, getting lost inside and and jamming the printer have been overcome! Although I reached out to seller multiple ways I received bo help. Note: Although I followed their heating instructions each time the gear popped off. So I had to modify and heat the gear much longer and at a full boil to make it pliable enough to stay on the drive shaft.
