Mixes Easily and Effective
This powder mixes easily, and is effective. My after workout muscle pain has gone down significantly since I started taking it. I mix it with another brand BCAA powder in water. Will keep ordering it on a regular basis.

Along with other amino acids
One of my favorite amino acid to help buffer lactic acid, but studies haven’t showed why we get sore after we work out, but it surely does help with recovery

Very good quality.Mixes with hot or cold without any problems.Tea, coffee.... doesn't affect the taste at all or color.

Unusual side efdects
The product made me feel dizzy, weak and beaten up with sore muscles and joints. I was using it for leaky gut. Other brands have not made me feel this way.
