Installed easily. Pump and thermostat gaskets included.
500 mile update: the pump is fine, noise free, and coolant temps are ranging from 81-83 degrees Celsius according to the DME at speed. I’d recommend replacing the fan clutch with the Behr unit along with the water pump and the thermostat. These components all seem to fail around the same time and it’s easy to do with the pump out.Order the following BMW o-rings as well:QTY 2: 11537830712 - metal hose o-ringsQTY 2: 11537830709 - thermostat pipe o-ringsSeems like it is a quality part but only time will tell.I’m a DIY guy with my car so ripping this out isn’t much of a pain to me but if I was using a shop I’d probably buy the OEM pump with the composite impeller. The E46 BMW 3-Series generation switched to a much stronger composite impeller so the added weight from a metal impeller isn’t necessary in this generation vice the older E36 generation. Heavier impellers wear bearings faster.

The pump looks good but one thing (1yr 3month's in, still running good)
The pump looks good but one thing, the picture shows it includes a gasket. but my Mechanic said it didn't come with a gasket and now he has to order one thru the dealership, gasket doesn't cost much (10bucks at most) but the thing is the parts department for BMW is closed on weekends so now I gotta wait til Monday to get my car back just because of this little gasket.. I am having my whole cooling system (expansion tank, radiator, everything!) done by them and this is the only thing that is holding things back which I should say pretty ridiculous..Update:about 1yr 3months now, Pump still going strong. I had a leaky thermostat O-ring so I had to disassemble the cooling system and took the pump out and replaced the gasket as well. No play on pump and when spinning it, it has good resistance much like when it was new.The gasket problem I had when I bought it I guess was a blessing in disguise. You would wanna use OEM gasket instead of the one that it comes with (if it comes with any).

Just as good as OEM.
Works great so far! Purchased this instead of the 300 dollar one from the dealership and had it installed by a BMW Master Technician friend of mine. Has been running perfectly and temperatures are staying low as expected.
