Well designed and sturdy.
Bought this as at a reduced price as it was described as opened and resealed, but it was all in good condition with all the parts and packaged well. I read previous reviews and don't agree with others issues, it is well made and fits together really well, the instructions are in diagram form and easy to follow, although I used my own tools as those supplied were pretty useless but they usually are in self assembly kits. The trolley takes A4 drop files described, not foolscap as somebody complained about. Once assembled it is really sturdy and easy to move about, it's also at a useful height so you can access the files from seated without bending down. Recommended.

Trolley itself is very good (2 wheels have brakes)
Ordered initially A4 FOLIO which is NOT the same as A4.After an email conversation with Durable (who were very helpful btw and quick in responding) it appears that FOLIO is a size halfway between foolscap and A4 and is a German originated paper size.It was therefore either a case of buying folio sized hanging files (not cheap!) or exchange the trolley for an A4 size (I did the latter).Trolley itself is very good (2 wheels have brakes), and moves around easily on the carpet.

Brilliant product.
An excellent product. Robust and easy to use. VERY neat and tidy! Just remember to use A4 suspension files (24 x 34.5 cm) NOT foolscap.

Acheté pour classer la paperasserie du bureau de mon mari à la maison. Montage rapide, meuble solide, les roues permettent de le bouger de place facilement. Je ne regrette vraiment pas cet achat.
