5 stars
Wow, very impressed, used only a couple of times cooking burgers onions, sausages, general BBQ foods,Bought to use in our motorhome, tested at home, would definitely recommend, larger than I expectedWould easily fit 10 large burgers, cleaned afterwards with some kitchen roll, and a wet soapy rag, heats up within a couple of minutes, and cooks really quickly, also very light, no complaints at all & excellent value

Quick, easy to use, be careful about cooking evenly
So easy to use! I made pancakes and they cooked quickly and didn’t stick a bit. Simple wipe clean afterwards. I can see myself using this often. It’s very light-weight which is nice. The negative is that it doesn’t cook entirely evenly - depending on what you’re cooking, you may get colour differences on the bits directly above the heating coil (see photo). This isn’t usually a problem for me but it could be if I was serving guests and cared more about aesthetics. The surface is also textured rather than smooth, which may show on some foods. These are minor issues for me and I’m very happy with the griddle so far - a big time saver! The plug gets detached from the griddle which makes for easier clean up too.

Fantastic value alternative to the expensive cadac
Heats up really well and has a good sized surface for your needs bought it as an alternative to using the cadac whilst away which always blows out as this is electric no issues there and 3 times cheaper wish I'd thought of it earlier 👍

Absolutely fantastic!
The media could not be loaded. Highly recommend this BBQ grill. It's nonstick, easy to use and to clean. We had fab time inviting friends over for some Korean BBQ and they were also very impressed with it. The price was very good value for money too.

Corner only
This is supposed to be a full flat top griddle. I've tried to cook on it twice & only one corner heats up, & that is a very small space, about the size of a hamburger the corner where the electric plug is inserted is all that actually gets hot enough to cook. It doesn't do what it says hence why I'm having to send it back I expect they're just hoping people take the hit on thirty quid rather than send it back. The griddle plate bent inwards as soon as I turned it on, giant red flag. Anyway it's nothing like what I was expecting, it could be mine is just naff but I doubt it. Big companies ripping off the little guy infuriates me. It's going back ✌️

great fun
we bought this to use when camping with electric hookup, and it is great. Its a really good size and I cooked breakfast for a family of 5 on it no problem, and we like our bacon and sausage and tattie scones! The coating is non stick and worked really well, eggs cook on it like they do in tv adverts!I have the same gripe as most people in regards to the temp fluctuation. The thermostat has a huge range, meaning that the plate comes up to temperature, then turns off and the temperature has to drop a fair bit before the thermostat switches it back on. Its a small gripe though, as it just means that cooking take a tiny bit longer. We cant expect cordon bleu standards in the campervan! My only other fault I could find is the length of the power cord - its too short. sitting on my camp table, the power cord wont reach the floor, I had to sit my hookup box on a chair next to the hotplate. In hindsight, I would have brought a small extension cord with me. So just be aware that if you are thinking of buying one of these, make sure you have an extension, even if you think it will just about reach for your needs - thats what I did and it didnt work out for me! overall, I really like this hotplate and look forward to using it more over the summer
