What a deal. This knife is very good quality and retains a great edge (I do maintain and sharpen my knives though). Comfortable to use too. $10 is way too good of a price for this knife. One of the best purchases I've made in a while.It's kinda like a Chinese cleaver except it has a sharp tip so that you can pierce things if you needed to. It's pretty light as well. I strongly recommend it, even for the full price it's worth it.

I bought this after checking out several "japanese cleavers" I really was sold on purchasing one of those at much higher price point. After seeing this one pup up as a possible alternate I decided to risk 20 bucks vs going for something at 4 times the cost.What a great choice. I wanted it to use for butchering meaties :"meat chickens" and it worked like a charm; from slicing through skin like melted butter to the final 'chop to go through breast bone and the back bone - it was like BAM -did it really go through the bone that easily. Yep!! Hopefully it will slice veges and the like just as sharply and hold the edge. I may update in 6 months or so if I have the time.You can't go wrong with this one as far as I know at this point.

Great knife to chop up vegetables in no time. It has a nice grip doesn’t slip off your hand. I use it as a chopping knife and as a cleaver. Price is so affordable too. I will definitely buy more to give as a gift. Bless Amazon for bringing amazing things to many homes🦅

The handle is beautiful and feels very premium. The blade is heavy and exceptionally sharp. Honestly I'd never used a knife this sharp . I love to use it as shovel for all my fresh chopped veggies, it's very satisfying.

Excellent in every respect for dicing, slicing cutting up a whole chicken. Just the right size. At 20 bucks it is a bargain. Had it a year now. Just bought one for each of my grown sons for Christmas. Great also for slicing prime rib. Mine has the black handle and the ones I got for the guys are Pakkawood.

This is a great product, well made, good quality feel, very sharp. This knife is great for cutting up larger pieces of meat and cutting through bone. It works very well for cutting up chicken wings, leg quarters, and also ribs.

Since the rona kicked in, we have been eating at home almost all the time so my rather average cooking skills have picked up...yeah, baby! Picked this knife up as I have rather large hands and it looked like a good fit for slicing/dicing/scooping cut veggies up...works great. Out of the box is pretty sharp but a couple strokes on my crock sticks and it will now split a hair. Hey! It came with a coupon for a free peeler to celebrate us/them/something but the code doesn't work! We are Irish and eat a lot of potatoes...we got peeling to do, damn it!
