I have been down the indoor rabbit hole of late, trying to find the best kind for my stability running shoes. The shoes provide support, so I’m not looking at orthotic insoles. Orthotics plus stability shoe equals overcorrection. Anyways…These insoles work well for jogging. Here’s why:1. They’re very soft with good energy return. Not hard or rigid at all.2. There is arch support but it’s not stiff or too high, which is what I want since my feet are fairly flat.3. They’re thick enough to get the job done, but not so much so as to make my shoes feel tight.4. I can feel the gel in the heel and forefoot providing rebound and cushioning. I have no foot pain if I jog with these in the shoes.5. The top cloth is moisture-wicking and doesn’t make my feet slip around.6. They are designed with a heel cup, instead of just a slab of foam under the heel. That contouring helps stabilize my feet during the gait cycle, controlling unwanted side-to-side motion.7. They’re a good value. They’re well constructed and seem like they’ll be very durable, extending the life of my jogging shoes. With these, I’m hoping to get a solid year of jogging out of those shoes (possible, since I only use them for jogging).All told, this is a great product for those of us who need extra cushioning and a little arch support added to our shoes for athletic activity. It’s not a substitute for an orthotic when one is needed, but I do think it’s the best product of its kind.

I play pickleball almost every night and my feet are often sore after playing. I tried these for the first time today and after playing for 3 hours my feet are not sore! These are great!

The product itself is pretty good as it has pretty good cushioning, so I like that part.However, what most people say is true. These run on the smaller size of the range rather than on the larger size of the range. I wear New Balance 608 4E (extra wide) size 8.5. I bought the 7-8.5, and it was just slightly short of the front of my shoes. Because of this, there is this awkward gap at the front of my toes that I can feel.I then bought a size up 9-10.5, and it fits pretty well (maybe just slightly bigger, making the inside of the shoe ever so tight). I regret not buying the 9-10.5 off the bat.I did notice that the front end of the insole on the under side, the material has already cracked, which indicates poor material to me.

Ive not purchased many inserts but have been seeing alot of advertisements about them so I purchased 3 different ones. Sofsole perform Dr Scholls heavy duty and Spenco polysorb cross trainers. The sofsole perform are the most comfortable by far out of the 3 and fit perfectly. No cutting or modifications required! I'll definitely be ordering some more for my other shoes!! Buy with confidence

Put these in my hiking shoes and it was the best decision I’ve made. Worth the price and very high quality. Has arch support and are nice feeling on the feet. I personally hike a lot and on experienced trails. These keep pain away and work great.

These insoles are great on the feel. They feel wonderful and they're long lasting. This is my second pair.But they stink. Bad.The first time I bought them I never considered the source of the smell that developed after a few days was the insoles. I thought it must be my shoes getting old or just my feet. I bought all kinds of powders ect. And as long as I kept my feet powdered it wasn't bad.I eventually needed new shoes and stopped buying powder when it ran out.This time I noticed the smell with in a few days and It reminded me of something. After washing my shoes, etc, it dawned on me and I took the insoles out and gave them a good sniff. They smell like decomposing plastics.I swapped out my insoles for some old ones I had in other shoes and wore them for a few days. No smell at all.These insoles still smell even days after not using them. I assume it sets in once they get hot and the smell gets unlocked.If you don't care how your feet smell, or don't mind the smell of hot degrading plastic, these insoles are awesome. Otherwise: Stay away.

I bought these insoles because I ordered some shoes that felt a little too big. I am happy to report that this is exactly what I needed to enjoy these shoes.

Bought a pair of On Clouds that are a little bit too big despite being my typical size. Removed the OC inserts and they are paper thin! Can’t believe those shoes are so popular you gotta have inserts! These inserts match the color of my shoes perfectly and are the perfect thickness so my feet fit the shoes now. Good cushioning overall a decent alternative to Dr. Scholls and I didn’t even have to cut these to fit my 11.5 On Clouds. Very pleased with this purchase!
