Thought it would be bigger but works out perfectly for my apartment. Cooks great and very easy to clean.

This is the best deep fryer I’ve ever had. It heats up so fast. It’s not huge but has so much room. I absolutely love the little basket. I lay the lid on the basket then I insert the basket into the oil so the lid’s already in place. That way I don’t get splashed by the hot oil. I can’t see through the little window on the lid to see my food fry but it’s handy to hold onto to remove the lid from the fryer without getting burnt. I love the different temperature settings. My food fries pretty quickly so it's not soaking in oil for a long time. My only complaint is the cord comes unplugged from the fryer pretty easily. The only things I wish were different are it came with an extra basket and the color was all black.

this deep fryer is very simplistic and easy to use, the only thing that surprised me with it was when the control panel and the element lifted off from the back to allow the cleaning of the inside of the unit. Certainly isn't a top-of-the-line product but is good enough for small amounts and works pretty well. overall, it is worth the money and good enough for myself and wife to use.

I had been searching for a small square frying pan to fry egg rolls. Then, I came across this product and thought I’d give it a try. I had high hopes but it was mediocre at best. The size is perfect for what I wanted for. But, the small fryer doesn’t keep its temperature well. Not sure if this was a returned item or defective item because the product box was torn when I received it, as if the box had been opened. Nevertheless, I fried several batches of egg rolls, two at a time. I was constantly raising and lowering the temperature. The construction seems ok but the temperature dial is a bit flimsy. Although it shows the fryer can be set higher than 350 degrees, the oil rarely went over 350. The fryer is priced adequately, but I’m not sure if I would recommend this product

My sister recommended this and it did not disappoint. It is easy to set up and I use it for chickens , wings, fish , French fries and everything. It gives example of cook time and capacity. Plus the quality is great

The FDM1501BR OVENTE 1.5 Liter fryer hit the sweet spot for me.I measured it holding about 44 ounces of oil when filled to the ‘max’ fill line. I was easily able to fry one chicken leg at a time. I also tried some fried biscuits and carrots, no problems. This morning I cooked up some fried, fresh potatoes with very good results. The temperature control is not 100% but is much better than frying over an open gas flame. Keep in mind this is rather small. I cook for two people so it works well for me. Be aware that the dimensions might be a little misleading. They are for the outer, including handles and such. The actual base of this thing is about 7.6×7.6 inches (OD) and is about 7.1 inches tall (without the top). I specifically wanted a small fryer. For the price and functionality, yup, this is 5 stars for my use.

Very good product but not the best quality but you can get so good use out of it.
