Sky Team is an absolute blast for two players, delivering that intense “we’re about to crash if we don’t get this right” vibe without actually risking your life or a multi-million dollar aircraft. The design is clean and thematic, with a cockpit layout that makes you feel like you’re actually radioing in landing clearances like Maverick and Goose (minus the volleyball montages). The difficulty level is balanced – easy to learn but with enough challenge to keep each landing tense, especially as campaigns ramp up in complexity. Playability is fantastic since setup takes just a couple of minutes, making it perfect for weeknight sessions. Strategy is deep but avoids the classic cooperative quarterbacking problem because you literally can’t talk during dice placement – it’s silent teamwork at its finest, or most frustrating, depending on your communication style. Speed-wise, games are quick, about 20-30 minutes per landing, with plenty of different scenarios to keep it fresh. Size-wise, the box is compact and fits nicely on the shelf without demanding premium real estate. Overall, if you want a co-op game that’s fast, fun, and makes you feel like Top Gun pilots with far less insurance liability, this is it.

My wife and I love board games, and both of us usually prefer the competitive, cutthroat kind where only one player emerges victorious. Co-op games (where players cooperate to reach a shared goal and win) are not our cup of tea.Nevertheless, we consider this one is a real gem!!!In "Sky Team" you and your partner assume the roles of a pilot and co-pilot preparing to land a plane. You roll dice each round and place them on the board which represents the flight deck. Specific conditions must be satisfied in order to land safely (e.g the plane needs to be stabilised horizontally, the landing gear must be deployed on time, you need to descend at a steady speed, etc.). A lot could go wrong unless you coordinate with your partner efficiently!PROS:* Simple rules (take about 5 minutes to learn)* Each game takes only 15-20 minutes -- great time filler* Lots of airports to choose from (some with extra rules and victory conditions) -- high replay value* Relatively small box -- perfect for travelThe game itself is made from quality materials and feels very durable. Easy to start, gameplay varies, has puzzle-like challenge to it, great quality set, fun for date night with partner so we both win ;)

What a gem of a game! Fairly easy to pick up and play, 5 minute setup, great for 2 players, not too easy, has some relatability, inexpensive, portable… very glad my buddy recommended it.

It’s a good game to play with your partner and there are multiple destinations to choice for re-play.Sky Team absolutely soars as a two-player cooperative board game. From the very first game, my partner and I were hooked by the tension, creativity, and thematic immersion it offers. You take on the roles of a pilot and co-pilot working together to land a commercial jet, and every decision feels meaningful and high-stakes.

Wow! One of the standout games in my collection. This was the game that I have used to introduce board gaming to my friends. Its easy to learn, easy to teach, and once taught, does not get boring after multiple plays. In this game you have a pilot and a co-pilot, who use dice allocation to try and navigate in the sky, and eventually land. I would suggest this one for anybody!

Me and my partner love playing this game! I was surprised that I enjoy playing this game as much as I do. I was skeptical as it seems like it might be one of the more serious games that tend to lose my interest as we play, but don’t let the theme of the game scare you away. It’s about landing planes, but the rules are simple to master and as you play, you realize it is really more of a game about communication and strategy. There are several airports and different situations provided that scale up in difficulty, so you can play over and over again without it getting monotonous. I understand why it earned the awards it has, super fun!!

Fast and easy game. Great starter for beginners warming up to board games. It’s fun but definitely doesn’t stimulate the mind enough for me to rank it 5 star like other duel board games. Still very fun!
