I'd been to the doctor about this but of course I always got the same "the vagina's natural flora" yada yada, but there was something concerning going on down there. I first noticed in the late 90's at work when I squatted down to work on some instruments in my classroom, I noticed a smell. Well I had my vag checked out and there was no yeast, but I wasn't leaving my doctor's without something in the form of a yeast cream. I’m giving it five stars because there was definitely a noticeable difference by the end of the first day. The directions say take two together, and that’s what I did at about 8 am. By noon, my stomach was tore up. I was in and out of the restroom until the evening and stomach still bubbling into the next day. I googled it and apparently that’s a normal reaction, especially if you don’t eat particularly healthy. I saw some reviews saying they took one, so I will try that and see what happens. They definitely do what they say they will do but be warned!
