Like New, Great Battery, and Touchscreen
I received this PC yesterday and I'm very satisfied with it. I highly recommend it. it looks brand new with no scratches at all. The battery is amazing; I charged it fully and used it for 7 hours straight without any issues, which really exceeded my expectations. One more thing that made me super happy is that the screen is touch-enabled and Windows was already installed. Overall, I highly recommend this. thank you Amazon

Second time I order same laptop from same vendor and result I got defective product pls improve your quality second time I am returning laptop, the configuration should be match which you write on the description and amazon also play the crucial roll between this because I made the return request from last 3 days and still nobody came for taking the parcel back and when I use to take costumer support they also didn't reply

Laptop stuck on booting screen
After performing a windows system update, the laptop doesn't boot anymore. It get stuck on the loading screen. Did an automatic system repair by windows but it didn't work. Seek out different solutions online like deleting the recent updates but still didn't work. When ahead to reinstall Windows through factory reset but still stuck at the startup screen with infinite loading.I'm really disappointed with the product.

I have purchased this laptop and not found * and # key in the keypad and since then I’m looking the option to connect Amazon or seller details which not there . Help me on this

The laptop is in good condition except for the charger which is not working
A 3-port charger cable was sent that is not compatible with the dual port of the adapte.
