This is the FIFTH brand of kataifi I've tried from Amazon & by far the best. I like how thin each piece is & doesn't have many of the large "batter droplets" mixed in, like other brands do. The crunch is great & it stays crunchy when mixed with pistachio cream. I also appreciate the discounted price, so it's affordable enough for me to continue buying from this brand.

It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The product is well-made. It tastes wonderful in all my baked goods! Perfect ingredient for making Dubai Chocolate goodies as well. Very happy with this brand and will continue to buy!

Great quality and taste, would definitely buy again

So, my very adventurous granddaughter decided we would make Dubai brownies. This item is required. While she is coming over tomorrow to bake, I am confident that the quality of this item will meet the demand for this very fancy brownie. Molded product :( I was really looking forward to using this to make Dubai chocolate and was super disappointed when I noticed dark spots in the product, then they opened it up and there was very clearly mold

It was so good, really great for home made Dubai chocolate.
